Shipping Policy

Due to the complexity of state and local laws the customer must check to see if a product is legal to import into his state and locality. Some areas have restrictions on guns, ammunition, magazines, tear gas, lasers, and other items. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all state and local laws.

Non-Gun Orders

Please allow for 1-5 business days to process most non-gun orders before they are ready for shipment.

We will update your order status and provide you with tracking information when your order ships out to you. Tracking numbers for non-gun orders are usually sent around 10 PM in the evening.

Gun Orders

Please allow for up to 5 business days of processing time for all gun orders before they are ready for shipment.

Please allow for at least one day of processing time after your dealer has submitted a copy of their FFL to us.

You will receive status updates and a notification via e-mail when your order has shipped.

Please note that firearm orders that are canceled more than 48 hours after the order was placed will be subject to up to a 6% processing/cancellation fee. Once an order has shipped out, cancellation is no longer possible, and the return process must be followed.

Your firearm will not ship until we have received an e-mailed copy of your local dealer’s FFL license.

Accessories that are placed on the same order as firearms will ship directly to you, and will not ship with the firearm to your dealer.

NOTE: You do not need an FFL dealer to purchase ammunition online. Ammunition can be shipped to your door via FEDEX Ground and an adult signature will be required upon delivery. Ammunition cannot be shipped via air freight due to shipping regulations.

  • Due to shipping regulations, all ammunition will be shipped via FEDEX Ground.
  • All ammunition will require an adult signature upon delivery.
  • For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on ammunition.
  • We only ship to the contiguous 48 states and to Alaska and Hawaii. Some restrictions may apply.
  • We will not ship products to locations with legal restrictions on their ownership or possession.
  • We are unable to ship to APO/FPO and USPS P.O. Boxes.

How to Ship Your Firearm for Customization

When you schedule your Cerakoting job with us it is important that you follow proper procedures to ensure that we can get your work completed as quickly as possible. To help assist you in that process we’ve included some useful information on this page.

  1. Ensure that you print out the Order Form.pdf, fill it out, and include it in the shipment. Sending us a package without the order sheet included will add a significant delay to processing your firearm when we receive it.
  2. Look over your firearm to ensure that it is completely unloadedand properly packaged.
  3. When shipping your firearm you can use the company of your choice and are free to insure the product at any amount you’d like or add signature required on it. Handguns must be shipped overnight, or 2 day guaranteed by UPS or FedEx (not USPS). Avoid putting anything on the box that can identify it’s contents as it may make it a target for theft.
  4. When we receive your firearm we will review the package immediately and call you to let you know all items that we’ve received. We are not responsible for items broken, or lost during transit.
  5. DO NOT ship any ammo.
  6. Be sure to include a copy of your State Identification and please also include a copy of your FFL/CHL/LTC if you have one.
  7. Make sure that we have a way to contact you when sending us your items.

ORDERS CONTAINING PISTOLS OR PISTOL FRAMES

Sinner Mass Fabrications must ship pistols, pistol frames and shotguns to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. Prior to shipping, all FFL information must be sent to Sinner Mass. The order will not be shipped until that information has been delivered via email (sinnermass@gmail.com). Ask your FFL to notate your full name and order number on all documentation sent to Sinner Mass Fabrications to expedite your order.

Firearm Return Policy

Please inspect all firearms thoroughly before you accept the transfer from your local dealer, and notify us immediately if there is a problem with your gun. Once you accept the transfer of the firearm, it is non-returnable and non-refundable to Sinner Mass Fabrications.

All firearm returns must be made within 7 days of delivery of the gun to your dealer, and the firearm must be unfired and in its new and original condition and packaging.

After you have accepted the transfer of the firearm from your dealer, defects and repairs will be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty directly with the manufacturer of the firearm. If you need assistance in contacting the manufacturer or run into any issues with them, we will be glad to assist you in getting your issues resolved.

Freight charges incurred while returning and/or exchanging items will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return was due to an error on our part. If you need to return a firearm, please contact us for a return authorization.

A 15% restocking fee may be assessed on all returned firearms, including those returned because of a failed background check, unless the return was due to an error on our part.

Delinquent Accounts

Upon completion of contracted work, Sinner Mass Fabrications will promptly notify customers their firearm is available for pick up or shipping upon settlement of the account. If the account is not settled within 30 days the customer will be re-notified as a courtesy. Items not claimed within 45 days will thereafter accrue a storage fee of $20 per week to cover the cost of secure storage and insurance. If the account is not settled after 180 days of storage, the firearm will be forfeited and sold to satisfy the outstanding debt.

Special Order Firearm Return Policy

Special Order firearms are non-returnable, unless there is a manufacturer’s defect in the firearm (in which case the above firearm return policy would apply).

Incorrect Listing/Description Error Policy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date product listings, inadvertent errors may sometimes occur. We reserve the right to cancel an order and void the pending authorization due to an incorrect product listing.

If you received an incorrect accessory item due to an inadvertent error in the product description, title, or specifications (which may occasionally occur), we will take full responsibility for the error. You agree to return the item(s) to us with a pre-paid return shipping label that we will send via e-mail, and a full refund will be provided when the item has been returned. The firearm return policy listed above would apply to any firearm items.

Product Images

Product images are shown for example only and may represent a group of items; an image may not represent the item in its entirety. For instance, many firearm images may show a scope in the picture, but the firearm does not come included with a scope from the manufacturer and is shown as an example.

Coupon Codes

Coupon codes are not combinable or usable with other specials or on items that are already discounted.

Order Cancellation Policy

The transfer process begins shortly after a gun order is placed. Firearm and muzzleloader orders that are canceled more than 48 hours after being placed will be subject to a 6% Processing/Cancellation fee.

Canceled special orders and custom-built items (including gun safes, POF Rifles, JPE Rifles, AI Rifles, Wilson Combat pistols, Les Baer pistols, and any other special order items) may be subject to a 6% order cancellation fee after 48 hours. Lead times given for special orders and custom built items are estimates, and can vary based entirely upon conditions with the manufacturer.

NOTE: By placing an order with us either online or by phone, you do confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all of the policies on this page. A box must be checked on the final screen of the checkout processing confirming your acceptance of these policies.
